The Booking System
Members are entitled to book up to 7 days in advance from 14.30, either by
telephone or at the desk. Non members may book 6 days in advance from 14.30,
but must make full payment at the time of booking. Non members may telephone
to book same day courts without pre payment. Payment for activities can be
made by cash or cheque, debit or credit card. Debit/Credit cards are only
accepted for payments of £5 or more. Cheques are made payable to NCC Moulton School
We operate 2 block booking seasons: 1st April – 31st August and 1st September – 31st March. To apply for a block booking please request an advanced hire booking form from reception. All existing block bookings have first refusal on the same slot for the following ‘season’ therefore spaces only become available when a block booking cancels. We leave 7 hours per week per facility free for casual use – please contact reception for a current list of casual booking space.

Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of application.
