The Booking System

Members are entitled to book up to 7 days in advance from 14.30, either by telephone or at the desk. Non members may book 6 days in advance from 14.30, but must make full payment at the time of booking. Payment for activities can be made by cash, debit or credit card. Debit/Credit cards are only accepted for payments of £5 or more. Cheques can only be used for block bookings and are made payable to Moulton School.

We operate 2 block booking seasons: 1st April – 31st August and 1st September – 31st March. To apply for a block booking please request an advanced hire booking form from reception. All existing block bookings have first refusal on the same slot for the following ‘season’ therefore spaces only become available when a block booking cancels. We leave 7 hours per week per facility free for casual use – please contact reception for a current list of casual booking space.

Membership

Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of application.

Benefits of Membership:

• · Cards can be used as a deposit for equipment hire.
• · Payment does not need to be made until the day of the booking.

Membership Types:

• · Junior (under 16)
• · Adult
• · 50+
• · Student (Full Time)
• · Disabled Adult
• · Disabled Junior
• · Family (2 adults, 2 juniors)

Conditions of Membership

• · All hire periods include time for the setting up and clearing away of equipment.
• · The member must attend the activity booked
• · Cancellation without 48 hours notice will be required to pay in full unless we can resell the court.
• · Bookings will only be accepted from valid current membership holders.
• · Documentary evidence is required for discounted memberships.

Note: Members must renew within 4 weeks of expiry of membership to qualify for the renewal price
